Starting a conversation
Your visitor clicks the orb, starts the conversation in the card and gives consent. Speaking requires microphone access.
Questions and answers
Your visitor asks a question out loud. AloPi gives a spoken answer using your site's content.
Pages and search
AloPi opens the page being discussed. If the topic isn't in the page list, it searches your site's content.
Suggesting contact
Once your visitor shows interest, AloPi explains how to reach your team.

Frequently asked questions
Where do answers come from? What if information is missing?
AloPi answers from your site's content and searches it when needed. If it finds no information, it says your team will need to clarify.
Which sites can use it?
We install AloPi on sites we build after checking compatibility. If you have another site, we assess it with you first.
Do visitors give consent?
Yes. Before the conversation, visitors see a consent notice and a link to your site's privacy policy. The conversation starts when they accept.
How are costs and usage limited?
We limit conversation length and daily usage. We agree on a spending cap with you; once it's reached, no new conversations can start.
How are conversation minutes counted?
The time your visitor speaks and AloPi answers counts as actual conversation time and is deducted from your plan. Conversation counts on the cards are estimates based on the stated average duration.
What if my monthly minutes run out?
AloPi stops accepting new conversations for that month; visitors are directed to phone or WhatsApp. To continue conversations, you can buy extra minutes or switch to a plan with more minutes.
Is there a separate setup fee?
No. Setup is included in your plan, with no separate setup fee.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade if you need more conversation minutes.
Which plan should I choose?
Compare your expected monthly conversations with each plan's estimated count. Longer conversations mean fewer conversations for the same minutes. If you're unsure, contact us through the demo form.
