PiAIMode turns the DijitalPi homepage into a full screen conversation with Pi, the assistant that guides them to a relevant page, tool or contact option. Built by DijitalPi, it opens with a toggle on the homepage. Visitors can type a question or choose a suggested topic, including services, similar projects, pricing, timelines, automation and website scores. The next step starts in the conversation. It works on desktop and mobile, remembers the mode preference, and brings the same Pi to chat boxes on service pages.
For agency owners, published content becomes the knowledge behind a website that works as a sales assistant. Every piece of content you publish automatically enters Pi's knowledge base. New material becomes available for answers with the next site publish, without a separate content entry step. Services, case studies, product listings and recent posts all contribute. For each question, Pi selects relevant material from articles, newsletters, service pages and case studies, then answers with links to its sources. When Pi doesn't know, it says so and points you to the right source. Its knowledge base and tone can be tailored to your brand.
When a visitor asks for their website's AI score, Pi opens the free PiScan tool inside the chat. The visitor clicks to start, follows the scan's progress and receives a score out of 100, a letter grade and the first 3 fixes. They can open the full report or ask Pi to explain the actual results in plain language. Pricing and quote requests bring up a WhatsApp button prefilled with the visitor's last message, alongside a contact form that sends details directly to the CRM. Scan steps and contact clicks are tracked in analytics.
