BRANDS THAT TRUST US

Our SEO service covers every layer that affects organic growth — from making the site crawlable and fast, to content that answers the right search intent, to a trustworthy backlink profile and local visibility. We support the strategy with competitor analysis, market research and measurement infrastructure, and we prioritise the work by business impact and implementation cost.
| Area of work | What we examine and improve | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Crawling and indexing, site architecture, 404 errors, redirects, canonical structure, XML sitemap, robots.txt, schema/structured data | Ensuring search engines discover, understand and index pages correctly |
| Core Web Vitals | Targets of LCP ≤2.5 s, INP <200 ms and CLS <0.1; mobile performance, image optimisation, JavaScript load | A faster and more stable user experience |
| Content SEO | Search intent, topic clusters, query–page matching, content gaps, meta titles and descriptions, CTR opportunities | Giving the most useful and clearest answer to the right query |
| Backlinks/authority | Audit of the existing backlink profile, harmful patterns, competitor link analysis, digital PR opportunities | Strengthening domain and topical authority sustainably |
| Local SEO | Google Business Profile, categories and service areas, local pages, review structure, Maps and “near me” queries | Helping businesses with a physical or regional presence reach local demand |
| Measurement and reporting | Google Search Console, GA4, conversion events, KPI set, monthly performance review | Showing where traffic comes from and which business result it produces |
| GEO/AEO | Visibility in AI Overviews and other AI answers, being cited as a source, question sets, technical and content readiness | Helping the brand gain a place in generative AI answers alongside classic results |
In a technical audit we do not simply produce a list of errors. We state the impact of the problem, the order in which it should be solved, the team role required and, where possible, the acceptance criterion. For example, having hundreds of low-value URLs indexed may carry a higher priority than a single broken link. This way the development, content and marketing teams move forward on the same roadmap.
On the content side, our goal is not to publish more pages but to build a content system that serves search demand better. We evaluate keywords not in isolation but together with intent, the customer journey and topical relationships. When planning new content, we also keep on the table the options of strengthening, consolidating or removing existing pages. When production support is needed, our AI content production service works alongside the SEO strategy.
We offer two working models. In the full-service SEO engagement we take responsibility for strategy, implementation coordination and measurement. In SEO consulting we provide audits, prioritisation, a roadmap and regular expert review to companies that have an in-house implementation team. We decide which model fits during the free preliminary analysis, taking your operational capacity into account as well.
SEO work produces sustainable results only when four pillars are tied to the same strategy. Technical infrastructure, content, authority and local visibility feed one another; DijitalPi's own AI audit infrastructure together with human oversight forms the engine that turns these pillars into organic growth. The GEO/AEO layer added on top takes the same work one step further, positioning your brand as a source in AI answers too.
Our AI-powered SEO approach uses artificial intelligence to examine large data sets faster and to raise the quality of our experts’ decisions. Query classification, content comparison and problem detection are accelerated with machine support; strategic decisions, source verification and publishing approval are made by experienced people. Our principle is clear: speed from the machine, responsibility from the human.
The AI audit tools we have developed in-house keep four critical areas continuously visible: site health scanning, content decay tracking, cannibalisation detection and AI-citation measurement. These systems do not replace experts; they help them find the points that need attention earlier among hundreds or thousands of URLs.
Content decay tracking aims to identify when a page that previously won traffic or rankings loses strength over time. The reason for a decline is not always “a need for more content”. Search intent may have changed, competitors may offer a better experience, the page may have become outdated, or another URL on the same site may have started competing with it. By examining the data we decide whether to update, consolidate or reposition.
In cannibalisation analysis we identify pages competing for the same or very similar queries. Not every overlap is a problem; but if it becomes unclear which page Google should surface, authority can be split. By examining query–page matching we recommend controlled actions such as differentiating the content, consolidating it into a single page, or restructuring internal links.
AI can fabricate statistics, dates, quotations or sources. For that reason no generated draft is treated as ready to publish. Numerical claims and references are verified separately; tone, original value, brand point of view and alignment with search intent are assessed by an editor. What Google measures is not the production tool but the quality of the content presented to the user; unsupervised, bulk AI production does not meet that quality threshold.
GEO and AEO aim not only for your brand to rank in classic search results but to be cited as a trustworthy source in the answers produced by systems such as AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. This layer does not replace classic SEO; it adds a new visibility showcase on top of technical accessibility, authority and quality content.
We start with measurement. We build representative sets of questions customers might ask before purchase, then examine which answers mention the brand, which competitors are cited as sources, and where visibility gaps exist. Because AI answers vary, we look at patterns over time rather than a single screenshot.
In technical readiness we assess the integrity of schema/structured data, how well pages can be understood by machines, robots rules for AI bots, the use of llms.txt and the general level of agent-readiness. We never present any single technical file as a guarantee of visibility; these are preparatory layers that make content easier to discover and interpret.
In content readiness we use definitional openings, direct-answer paragraphs, a clear heading hierarchy, verifiable sources and question-and-answer blocks. The aim is not to fragment the text robotically but to build an information architecture that a human can grasp quickly and that AI systems can associate with confidence. This approach also intersects with voice and visual search experiences.
In Turkey, the number of brands investing in the GEO/AEO layer with regular measurement and content discipline is still limited. That can give early movers an advantage in building topical authority, developing source-quality pages and accumulating a measurement history before their competitors. It offers not a promise of definite results, but the opportunity to be better prepared for new search behaviour.
Our SEO process runs in four stages: audit, strategy, implementation and continuous measurement. In the first month, data and priorities are clarified; after implementation, the first meaningful effects are usually seen within 3–6 months. In competitive areas, strong growth may take 6–12 months, and building lasting authority 12+ months.
| Stage | Timing | Core work | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Audit | 0–1 month | Technical crawl, Search Console and GA4 review, current traffic, content inventory, competitors and AI visibility | Problems, opportunities, baseline measurements and a priority list |
| 2. Strategy | Month 1 | Keyword and search intent map, technical roadmap, content calendar, authority plan, GEO/AEO goals | A work plan with owners and success criteria defined |
| 3. Implementation | Ongoing; first effects usually 3–6 months | Technical fixes, content production and optimisation, internal links, backlink/authority and AI visibility work | Improvements shipped and growing organic coverage |
| 4. Measurement and iteration | Ongoing; 6–12 months growth, 12+ months durability | Tracking rankings, conversions, content decay, cannibalisation and AI citations | Monthly review, learnings and updated priorities |
An SEO calendar is not just a fixed to-do list. An algorithm update, a new competitor, a product change or a technical development plan can shift priorities. That is why our monthly reports do not merely list completed work; they explain what the data says, why a given decision was taken and what will change in the coming period.
We do not measure success by keyword position alone. Organic visibility, qualified traffic, conversions, supported revenue goals and source visibility in AI answers are assessed together. For projects that need broader business intelligence, we integrate SEO measurement with our data analytics service.
What sets DijitalPi apart is combining over 20 years of founder experience with current AI analysis infrastructure, explaining results using data the client can access, and not giving guarantees for variables it cannot control. It does not confine strategy to technical SEO; it evaluates content, authority, data, conversion and digital marketing goals within the same framework.
The 2019 Stevie Awards “Best in Europe” award, together with campaign experience in 125 countries and 15 languages, forms the basis of our capacity to interpret different market dynamics and user behaviours. We use that experience not to apply the same template to every business, but to read local competition and the company’s real resources correctly.
Our own AI infrastructure lets us monitor content decay, cannibalisation, site health and AI citations beyond what standard tool reports offer. Alongside this, human oversight is constant: a tool may flag an opportunity, but the expert team assesses that opportunity’s commercial value, brand risk and feasibility.
Transparency starts with ownership of access. Google Search Console, GA4 and site accounts stay with the client. Instead of vague phrases such as “work is ongoing”, reports show completed work, results, problems and next steps. We keep our methods explainable; we share why a given piece of content was produced and what logic the authority work is based on.
We do not guarantee rankings or traffic. Search engine algorithms, competitor moves, technical implementation time and market conditions are not fully within any SEO agency’s control. Instead of an unrealistic promise of first place, we offer measurable goals, regular review and a system that can change direction when needed. This honesty is not a shortcoming; it is a working principle that protects your budget.
We do not see SEO as a channel that works on its own. When it needs to be handled together with content, performance marketing, analytics and conversion optimisation, we draw on our AI digital marketing agency approach. You can review examples of our completed work and measurable outputs on our results page.
When choosing an SEO agency you should look less at the size of the promises and more at how explainable the methods are, who owns the accounts, and which data the results will be measured with. A healthy partnership comes not from guarantee statements but from realistic expectations, transparent reporting and an implementation plan that suits your business’s resources.
Question guarantee promises. “Guaranteed first place” or promises of guaranteed traffic are not a sign of trustworthiness. No agency can control the algorithm, competitors and user behaviour. Targets, assumptions and forecasts can be offered; guaranteed outcomes cannot.
Expect reporting to produce decisions. A table of hundreds of keywords is not transparency on its own. A report should clearly show what changed, the likely reason for the change, its effect on business goals and the next action.
Make sure the methods are explainable. Ask how content is prepared, where backlinks come from and by what criteria they are selected, and who will implement the technical work. The phrase “proprietary method” often hides unnecessary risk.
Keep account ownership. Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile and site access should belong to your business. Even if the agency changes, your data history and account control should remain with you.
Learn the AI usage policy. The question to ask is not only “Do you use AI?” The real question is who reviews the output, how sources are verified and who takes on brand responsibility.
Read the contract and exit terms. SEO can be long term, but unnecessarily rigid commitments are not a requirement for long-term results. Scope, deliverables, access, termination conditions and ownership of the assets produced should be written out clearly.
The most frequently asked topics about SEO are time to results, budget, the effect of AI Overviews, and comparison with Google Ads. The short answer is this: SEO is not a one-off setting but a cumulative growth investment. Results are determined by the site’s starting condition, competition, content needs and how quickly technical work is completed.
When does SEO produce results?
Fixes to technical errors can create crawling and indexing signals within a few weeks. Meaningful and more stable results are usually seen within 3–6 months. In projects where competition is high, authority is low or technical debt is heavy, 6–12 months may be needed; building lasting topical authority can require 12+ months of regular work.
How are SEO prices determined?
Price is determined by sector competition, target market and number of languages, the technical state of the site, content volume, keyword difficulty, local or international scope, and implementation responsibility. Rather than recommending the same package to every site, we carry out a free preliminary analysis and present a proposal after clarifying the scope of work required. We do not give a fixed figure in advance.
Are AI Overviews reducing traffic — is SEO still valuable?
On some informational queries, clicks to the site may fall because the user can get the answer on the results page. However, on commercial, comparative, local and decision-oriented searches the website still plays a central role. SEO is not losing its value; its scope is widening. The goal now is both classic SERP visibility and being cited as a source in AI answers.
Does AI-generated content harm SEO?
Preparing content with AI is not in itself a cause of harm. The risk is unsupervised, repetitive, unsourced bulk production that offers the user no new value. We use AI for research, classification and draft speed; statistics, dates, sources and expertise claims go through human review.
SEO or Google Ads?
Google Ads provides fast visibility; but when the ad budget stops, so largely does the traffic. SEO moves more slowly, yet the content and authority accumulated over time can create a more durable asset. For most businesses the strongest model is to use the two not as rivals but as complementary channels serving different time horizons.
In the free preliminary analysis we assess your site’s technical condition, its current organic visibility and its place in AI search. We then present a roadmap specific to your business that separates quick wins, structural problems and medium-term opportunities. We share not exaggerated guarantees, but actionable priorities, measurable goals and a realistic time frame.
