WHAT DOES IT DO?
Visitors click the orb at the bottom right of your website, consent to voice processing and start speaking. AloPi introduces itself as an AI assistant. When someone asks about implants, it opens the treatment page and gives a brief spoken answer. A question about a doctor opens that doctor's page; a question about directions opens the contact page. The conversation continues as the page changes.
AloPi answers using the title, summary, FAQs and text of the page it opens, fetched from your website. Changes you make on the site are used in the next conversation, with no separate file upload. If information is missing, it says your team will need to clarify. It does not quote prices or promotions. On healthcare websites, the card states that AI answers do not replace a medical diagnosis.
HIGHLIGHTS
A question about a specific treatment or doctor opens that page. A general list opens when requested. AloPi only opens pages included in your site's page list.
Visitors can keep speaking after AloPi opens a page. It opens your website's own page, so the browser's address bar and back button reflect the change.
We select the languages you need during setup. AloPi replies in the visitor's language and opens the matching version of the page when available.
If your site has text chat, visitors can choose to type or speak. The browser remembers their choice, and they can switch between text and voice whenever they want.
WHO IS IT FOR?
ON YOUR WEBSITE
We currently install AloPi on compatible healthcare websites built on our own platform. We use your site's data to configure its languages, colours, treatment and doctor pages, contact details and the rules your clinic sets for the assistant. If your site uses another platform, we discuss the site with you before planning an installation.
FAQ
AloPi uses the title, summary, FAQs and text of the page it opens on your website. Site updates are used in the next conversation. If the site does not have the answer, AloPi says your team will need to clarify rather than inventing details. If it does not understand a visitor, it asks them to repeat what they said.
AloPi works in the languages you need, which we select during setup. Visitors can choose a conversation language on the voice card. AloPi replies in the language they speak and opens the relevant page in the conversation's language. If that version is unavailable, it opens the same page in another language.
Before a conversation starts, visitors see a notice explaining that their voice will be processed by an AI assistant, with a link to your site's privacy policy. They select 'Accept and start', and consent is remembered in that browser. The voice card also lets them mute the microphone or end the conversation.
Voice conversations are billed per minute. Default limits are 5 minutes per conversation and 200 conversations per day; we configure these during setup. An overall credit cap can also be set. Once reached, new conversations cannot start, and visitors are directed to phone or WhatsApp. Setup, content preparation and tests run without live conversations use no conversation credits.
We currently install AloPi on compatible healthcare websites built on our own platform. We discuss other platforms with you first. We use your site's data to configure languages, colours, page lists, contact details and clinic rules. We create a separate assistant for your site and test page navigation with at least 10 sample phrases.
Send us your clinic's website address to discuss installing AloPi, the languages you need and the pages it will open.
