AI-Powered ERP Centre — how the system works.

ERP Operation Hub is an end-to-end operations and ERP system developed for a client in the food sector selling both B2B and B2C. It went live on 1 June 2026; today it provides control of more than 5,800 products, more than 600 customers and the last 2,000 orders from a single centre. All master data is kept in sync across 3 separate sales platforms, 2 accounting programs, 2 warehouses and 2 shipping companies.

The problem it solves is one every multi-channel business recognises: systems do not talk to each other. A price is updated on one platform and stays stale on another; stock does not match the warehouse; the accounting record diverges from the sales data; shipping information is carried by hand. The result is a pile of manual work and constant manual checking spread through the day — both expensive and error-prone. Operation Hub gathers that scattered structure into a single source of truth.

At the very centre of the system sit n8n flows and AI agents: most of the synchronisation, checking and data validation now runs automatically and with AI support. This first live phase is only the beginning of the project — warehouse management, shipping automation, reporting and more advanced AI functions come in the next phases.
