A quick summary with AI

This week the artificial intelligence agenda was shaped by concrete steps in the products that reach end users: ChatGPT opened unlimited chat to free users, Google Maps turned into an agent that can place orders, and Adobe's tools moved into the chat window. We have examined these developments through what they mean for your brand, your campaigns and your customer experience.

ChatGPT Opens Unlimited Text Chat to Free Users

OpenAI is removing the usage limits on text conversations for ChatGPT Free and Go users. A new 'think' button for complex queries and broad access to the GPT-5.6 Luna model are also being offered. Limits remain in place for messages that include image and file uploads.

DijitalPi's Take

Unlimited access for free users turns artificial intelligence from a 'tool you try out' into a daily habit. For e-commerce and services in Türkiye this means brand and product research will increasingly happen directly inside ChatGPT rather than in a search engine; in other words GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is becoming as much of a priority as classic SEO. Our recommendation: restructure your product and service pages in a question-and-answer format clear enough for LLMs to summarise and recommend easily, and test whether your brand information appears accurately and up to date in ChatGPT.

Google Maps Can Now Place Orders and Make Reservations

Google has extended its Gemini-powered Ask Maps feature with new agent capabilities. With the update Ask Maps no longer only answers questions about places and routes; it can order food and find hotels on the user's behalf. The feature has been rolled out in more than 150 countries.

DijitalPi's Take

Search is moving from 'finding' to 'getting things done': the user no longer finds the restaurant, they have Google place the order. For local businesses, especially in the restaurant, café and hotel sector, this means your Google Maps profile is no longer a shop window but a direct sales channel. Our recommendation: keep your Google Business Profile details (menu, prices, reservation link, opening hours) complete and current, because the agent reads this data and decides on your behalf.

Adobe Opens 70 Tools to ChatGPT: Design Now Lives in the Chat Window

Adobe has announced a new plugin containing 70 different tools for ChatGPT. With this integration users can work with Adobe's design and editing features directly from the ChatGPT chat window, without opening a separate application.

DijitalPi's Take

Design tools are no longer spread across separate tabs but converging into a single conversation: this is the start of production on one screen rather than a fragmented workflow. For creative agencies and content teams it means the time from brief to finished campaign visual will shorten considerably; fast variant production is a critical advantage in social media and performance advertising in particular. Our recommendation: have your teams test this integration and build a workflow that moves repetitive visual production jobs (banners, social posts, product image variants) into it.

Suno Adds Watermarks and Fingerprints to AI Songs

The AI-powered music platform Suno has announced that it will introduce new audio watermarking and fingerprinting technologies so that songs produced with its tools can be identified more easily. The step is aimed at increasing transparency and content safety.

DijitalPi's Take

In AI-generated content the norm is shifting from 'hiding' to 'labelling'; transparency builds trust rather than suspicion. In brand content, advertising jingles or music produced for social media, the use of artificial intelligence can stop being a risk factor for advertisers and become a reputational advantage when disclosed properly. Our recommendation: if you use AI-assisted music or audio in your campaigns, state it in plain language instead of concealing it; this strengthens trust particularly with Gen Z audiences.
