This week the artificial intelligence marketing agenda was led by developments that touch businesses directly: OpenAI launched a programme dedicated to small businesses, Meta turned its own assistant into a genuine "doer" tool, and the fate of search traffic was reopened for debate. As the DijitalPi team we have combined these with what we see in the field and put together what they mean for your brand.
ChatGPT is now with SMEs too: a programme from OpenAI dedicated to small businesses
OpenAI has announced the 'ChatGPT for Small Business' programme, aimed at helping small business owners gain artificial intelligence skills and automate their processes with ChatGPT Work. The programme supports small businesses with training content, use cases and growth-focused tools.
DijitalPi's Take
For SMEs, artificial intelligence is ceasing to be a 'big company luxury' and sitting down at everyone's desk. In Türkiye, the point SMEs in e-commerce and services struggle with most in the field is managing marketing, customer service and operations at the same time with a limited team; programmes of this kind fill exactly that gap. Our recommendation: we advise our SME clients to automate a single repeated process first as a pilot with ChatGPT Work (a first response to customer questions or drafting campaign copy, for example), measure the results and expand gradually.
Meta AI no longer only talks — it gets work done
Meta has equipped its artificial intelligence assistant, strengthened with the Muse Spark 1.1 model, with new capabilities such as calendar integration, preparing daily briefings and in-depth research. The assistant can now plan on the user's behalf and follow the process from start to finish.
DijitalPi's Take
The era of the assistant that finishes work rather than chats is beginning. For brands doing social media and advertising management in Türkiye, this means campaign planning and reporting processes in the Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) will increasingly be automated through the assistant. Our recommendation: we advise brand managers to test Meta AI's planning and briefing features now and start handing their campaign tracking routines over to these tools — that will be the first step that saves time in the field.
The Google Zero reality: the old search traffic deal no longer holds
The traditional balance between websites and Google — Google sending sites traffic in return for collecting data — has begun to unravel. Users now prefer getting answers directly from artificial intelligence summaries rather than a list of links in the search results, and that reduces organic traffic.
DijitalPi's Take
The rules are being rewritten in the digital marketing world; the talk is now not only of SEO but of GEO (generative engine optimisation). On content and news sites, and in product descriptions in e-commerce in particular, falling organic traffic from Google directly threatens the revenue model; brands now have to optimise not for 'getting a link clicked' but for 'being named correctly in artificial intelligence answers'. Our recommendation: review your content strategy and give priority to the structured data and authority signals that will get your site crawled as a trustworthy source by artificial intelligence engines.
Claude Opus 5 from Anthropic: a more powerful, more economical coding engine
Anthropic has announced Claude Opus 5. The new model gives results close to the performance of the company's most capable model, Fable 5, while offering a marked improvement on complex coding tasks.
DijitalPi's Take
The difference between artificial intelligence models is now discussed in terms of cost of use rather than capacity. For B2B technology companies and teams building digital products, this means more automation and a faster product development cycle on the same budget; marketing teams can benefit from this development too, through the technical integrations behind campaigns (chatbots, recommendation engines and so on). Our recommendation: we advise agency and brand teams to run a cost–performance comparison of their existing AI-supported tools (chatbots, content production integrations) against the new model every three months.
